Meet Caitlin

Hi, I’m Caitlin. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to carrying everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions and more. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or simply exhausted from trying to manage it all, we can work together to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the patterns behind what you’re experiencing while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re curious about whether we’d be a good fit, I’d be happy to connect during a free consultation.

Availability

Caitlin offers in-person sessions all day Tuesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings. Caitlin’s virtual availability is more flexible.

Meet Marion

I approach mental health struggles as a very human experience. Even behaviours, thoughts, and emotions we consider dysfunctional or are unwanted serve a purpose. I like supporting people to discover themselves and develop greater psychological flexibility to move towards what they value.

The way you were raised, or the life experiences you’ve had, do not have to determine who you are. Desensitizing negative core beliefs, finding empowerment to grow, and transmutating suffering into medicine, are a few of the things I love about providing therapy.

With over 10 years prior experience in social services supporting persons navigate ongoing chronic and complex distress, I approach your individual difficulties as the unique situation that it is, with consideration for all your life circumstances.

I use Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) as a foundation to support change. I sprinkle in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills to round out tools for managing interpersonal distress and emotional regulation, along with somatic strategies. To expedite trauma integration for situations where we’re making progress but struggling to shake negative core beliefs or flashbacks, we can explore the use of EMDR.

Areas of proficiency: grief, trauma, neurodiverse experiences, mood dysregulation, gender affirming care, life transitions, and relational difficulties.

Availability

Marion offer in-person session Wednesdays to Fridays. Marion’s virtual availability is more flexible.

Cost

Marion is accepting individual ($165/hr) clients and couples therapy ($190/hr) clients.

Elizabeth works with individuals who are craving clarity, connection, and a deeper understanding of themselves. She welcomes those navigating stress, transitions, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or the quiet sense that something inside needs attention. Her approach is warm, curious, and rooted in the belief that every person already holds the wisdom they need—they may just need a safe place to uncover it.

Drawing from a holistic, person-centred perspective, Elizabeth sees emotional, psychological, and physical well-being as deeply interconnected. She integrates CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion, and reconnect with their own inner resources. Her aim isn’t to push you toward change, but to walk beside you as you explore what healing and growth could look like.

Let’s be honest – life is not always easy or pleasant and it’s common to resist difficult emotions, and feel stuck and uncertain of how to make positive change. Thankfully, there are many ways to heal while also honouring the struggles we walk through. With an unwavering commitment to honouring each individual’s place in my practice, I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences, become better acquainted with yourself, and find deeper meaning within your story. I build trusting, compassionate channels of communication with each of my individual or couple’s clients, and have experience working with diverse populations, from veterans and parents, to the LGBTQ+, kink and non-monogamous communities.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, I have degrees in Philosophy, Classical Archaeology, Religious Studies and Counselling Psychology. I have been in the wellness industry for nearly two decades and have credentials as a certified nutritionist, mindfulness coach, birthing educator, Thai massage practitioner, yoga instructor and qualifying psychotherapist.
